Gladys and Howard Kaplan are the owners of Confetti located in West Houston at 14028 Memorial Drive, at the corner of N. Kirkwood. 

They have a unique Stationery and Party store filled with computer friendly card stock and 8 ½ x 11 paper.  Every theme imaginable can be found in both their Stationery and Party supply rooms.
